Since 2009 I've been attending the Starbird Rod & Custom show in Tulsa, OK. This year was the 53rd annual event and the 2nd dubbed "The Next Generation" as the show is now run by the next generation of the Starbird family. I talked to Darryl Starbird on Saturday and he was happy to say that for the first time ever he was attending the show as a spectator, not a promotor, not chopping a car, just as a car guy. He seemed in good spirits because the show is in good hands. There will be photos coming all week, so keep checking back!
